Starr is an ambitious 18-year-old sophomore at Nova Southeastern University, where she is pursuing a degree in sonography. She is deeply passionate about advocating for women's health and preventative care, aspiring to make a significant impact in these fields. In 2024, Starr was recognized by her community for her outstanding commitment to service, having dedicated over 300 hours to volunteering. Her peers and local leaders praised her for her contributions and leadership.
A certified swim instructor, Starr teaches water safety to children and instructors year-round. As a two-time state swimming champion and a collegiate rower, she exemplifies discipline and athleticism. Beyond sports, Starr expresses her creativity through painting and traveling. She participated in the 2023 Arts and Cultural Enrichment Program, where she showcased her talent in a statewide art competition and attended conferences aimed at empowering youth through the arts.
